Privacy policy

This policy explains what TradeSignalsHQ (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit tradesignalshq.info or sign up for the email brief, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect when you sign up

• Your email address.
• The cadence (daily or weekly) and the desks you chose.
• The page language, where on the page you signed up, and any campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
• The consent text you agreed to and the time you agreed.
• A one-way hash of your IP address made with a secret key, your country as reported by Cloudflare, and your browser’s user-agent. We use these only to stop abuse and repeated automated signups. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we use it

We use your email and choices only to send you the brief you asked for. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The abuse-prevention data is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the list free of fake and automated signups.

Who processes it

The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages, stores the signup list and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that confirms a signup comes from a person. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. When the email edition launches we will use an email delivery provider; we will name it here before the first issue is sent. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Browsing the site

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme choice (light, dark or automatic) is kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us. Market data is fetched by our server, so your browser does not contact the exchanges or data providers. The Channel log shows images posted in our Telegram channel; those images load from Telegram’s servers, which receive your IP address as with any image request. Links to Telegram, regulators and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep a record of the unsubscribe so that we do not email you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time; every email will include a one-click unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU, UK or another place with data protection law, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

The brief is meant for adults. Please do not sign up if you are under 18.

Changes
